Delete your vault contents

1. Open Glyphsafe and unlock the vault.
2. Long-press a photo or video, select the items you want to remove, and tap Delete.
3. To delete everything in every vault at once, uninstall Glyphsafe from your phone. This permanently deletes all vaults and their contents on that phone.

Deleted vault data is removed from your phone immediately and cannot be recovered by anyone, including us.

Request deletion of subscription data

If you bought Glyphsafe Pro, our subscription provider (RevenueCat) keeps a record linked to a random, anonymous app ID: your purchase history and basic device information. To ask us to delete it:

1. Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Glyphsafe data".
2. Include your Google Play order number (it starts with "GPA." and is in your Google Play purchase receipt email) so we can find the record.
3. We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: vault contents (on your phone, by you), and subscription records held by RevenueCat (on request).
• Kept by Google: payment and order records for purchases made through Google Play, under Google's own retention policy. We can't delete these; contact Google Play for them.
• Kept by law: if we must keep a transaction record for tax or legal reasons, we keep only the minimum needed, for no longer than the law requires.

Cancel your subscription

Deleting the app or your data does not cancel Glyphsafe Pro. Cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Glyphsafe → Cancel.
